Patients can learn about their coverage by calling their Insurance company or visit their insurance company website. Be sure to ask if a referral and/or pre-certification is required for the specific type of service that is requested
- I have a co-pay/co-insurance to pay before my service is provided?

- What do I do if I do not have Health Insurance? A Financial Counselor can set up appointment with a representative from NCO Agency to assist patient with Medicaid application. If a patient is not eligible fill out a Bon Secours Financial Assistance Application.

- What are the hours of operations for the laboratory and radiology department?
Laboratory Department: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday – 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM Sunday – Stat Blood Work Only
Radiology Department: Mon. – Friday – 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM for scheduled appointmentsMon. – Sunday – 24 hours for xrays
