4th Annual Making Miracles Happen Fashion Show

The nearly 400 people who attended the 4th Annual Making Miracles Fashion Show on November 13, 2008 at the Colonial Inn helped make it the Hospital’s most successfulFashion Show todate. Presented by LifeSupport Technologies, a record $40,000
was raised forthe Wound Care Center, where 75% of its patientsarewomen who suffer from non-healing and infected wounds associated with diabetes, arterial disease, arthritis and cancer. Guests enjoyed cocktail hour, sit-down dinner, shopping, tricky tray and an elaborate fashion show. GSH Employees and Volunteers walked the runway showcasing fashions by Dress Barn, Dusty Rose, Lavinia’s Bridal & JoS. A. Bank Clothiers. WNBC TV News reporter Dianna Russini served as the Mistress of Ceremonies.

Founded in 2003, The Making Miracles Happen (MMH) Committee is a group of women volunteers who raise funds for and introduces friends to Good Samaritan Hospital. The Committee's focus is Women's Health Services, which includes our new state-of-the-art birthing center, neonatal intensive care (NICU), emergent care, early diagnosis and state-of-the-art cancer treatment, wound care and advanced cardiac services. Through these services, MMH helps to make Miracles happen everyday at Good Sam.
