outreach program information
Another powerful weapon in the fight against heart disease is giving people, young and old, the tools and knowledge they need to make smart lifestyle choices and recognize symptoms.
Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center’s Cardiac Outreach Department works in partnership with local and national organizations, including the American Heart Association, to educate the public on the risks of heart disease through support groups, smoking cessation programs, free screenings, seminars and health fairs. The department also teaches cardiac patients about their condition, so they can live full, healthy lives. It all starts with having the right resource.
