What is the purpose of the Healthcare Speakers Bureau?
The purpose is to provide the community with educational and informational speakers to address health-related topics and trends as well as aid in improving the overall health status of residents.  As we experience rapid advances in medical technology and changes in the delivery of high quality care, we recognize our role in the community as not only providers of care but educators as well.  The Healthcare Speakers Bureau is a great resource for bringing medical expertise and education programs to your group or organization.

Who is involved?
Our physicians, nurses, social workers, therapists and hospital professionals are available to speak to any civic groups, service clubs, school organizations and businesses that are interested.  They can provide a 30 - 60 minute program, which includes instruction, discussion and audience participation. 

What topics are available?
There is a wide range of healthcare topics available, including current events, trends, latest medical technology and advances as well as prevention and treatment of particular diseases.  Please see the list of topics for more specific information.

What is the cost?
There is no charge for a guest lecturer to speak at your meeting or event.
