Arm Chair Push-ups

How To:

  • Sit in a chair with arm rests with feet flat on the floor.
  • With hands on armrests, push up from the chair straightening your arms while raising your buttocks off the chair.
  • Do NOT stand all the way up, return slowly to sitting in chair.
  • This will increase the strength in your arms.
  • Perform up to 10 repetitions, three times a day.
