St. Anthony Community Hospital Hosts Annual Golf & Tennis Classic

news item
WARWICK – (July 14, 2017) St. Anthony Community Hospital's Annual Golf & Tennis Classic, sponsored by the Warwick Health Foundation, will be held on Tuesday, September 19th at the Warwick Valley Country Club.

Proceeds from the classic will support St. Anthony Community Hospital, ensuring that the hospital's healthcare providers continue to have access to state-of-the-art equipment and technology, and the finest environment of care for each of our patients.

The Bon Secours Warwick Health Foundation supports advances in health for our community. In past years, monies raised at the Golf & Tennis Classic, as well as other events, have supported patient room renovations, nursing education and repairs to the parking lot at St. Anthony Community Hospital. They also have helped fund Grandparents Day at Schervier Pavilion and air conditioning installation and residents' room renovations at Mount Alverno Center.

The classic offers something for everyone: golf, tennis, dining and joining together to support the health of our community. Attendees will play an 18-hole golf scramble or a round-robin tennis. The day concludes with a reception. The Hole-In-One prize is a new Ford, courtesy of Leo Kaytes Ford.

"Our Golf & Tennis Classic is a great way for the community to support the hospital while, at the same time, enjoying a really fun day on the golf course – and the tennis courts," said Raul Berina, chairman of the Bon Secours Warwick Health Foundation.
