KINGSTON, N.Y. (May 27, 2021) —WMCHealth Physicians, a member of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth), welcomes Lakshmi A. Gollapudi, MD, to the physician group's practice in Kingston.

Dr. Gollapudi has specialties in gastroenterology and hepatology. As a gastroenterologist, she focuses in preventing, diagnosing and treating digestive system disorders. These disorders include conditions involving the esophagus, stomach, small intestine and colon, and her services include endoscopy and colonoscopy.

As a hepatologist, Dr. Gollapudi diagnoses and treats conditions of the liver, gallbladder, pancreas and bile ducts.

Dr. Gollapudi — board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology — received her medical degree from Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, India. She completed both her residency in internal medicine and her fellowship in gastroenterology at New York Medical College in Valhalla, working at the medical school's academic medical center, Westchester Medical Center.

Dr. Gollapudi, who speaks English and is fluent in Hindi and Telugu, lives in New Windsor.
