Board certified in neurology and vascular neurology, Lyle J. Dennis, MD, is the chief of neurology for Good Samaritan Hospital. In practice for over 20 years, Dr. Dennis came to Good Samaritan Hospital from Bergen Neurology Consultants in Englewood, NJ in 2011 to found this practice.
Dr. Dennis received his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. He completed his residency and dual fellowship in Neurocritical care and Clinical Neurophysiology at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center.
Dr. Dennis' accomplishments reach far beyond his daily practice and treatment of patients. He has authored numerous articles, book chapters and abstracts; has been a presenter at the American Academy of Neurology; has served as a principle investigator in acute stroke clinical trials; and is a recipient of the Alfred Korey award in Neurology.
